Important Deadlines for the 2011 boating season

**These deadlines will be rock solid unless terms are agreed on by Ken Johnson (Marina Manager) and presented in writing.**

Seasons (official dates):

Summer – May 1^st – October 31^st

Winter – November 1^st – April 30^th

October 1^st, 2011

· All winter 2011-2012 storage fees are due in full

o       Nov 1^st is the official start of the winter season

· Final day for 15% shrink wrap and storage combo discount

November 1^st, 2011

·        $250.00 slip deposit is due for 2012 season

o       This holds your slip until March 31^st, 2012, when the remaining balance is due.  Any slip without a deposit in is re-rentable at this point.

·        $250.00 Land and Launch deposit for 2012 season is due

** Assignment of slips begins on November 1^st, 2011 so be sure to get this in.  This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward your slip fee.

March 15^th, 2012

·        Start scheduling launch dates for the spring.  (Launch begins officially May 1^st, 2012)

March 31^st, 2012

·        Remaining slip balance is due in full

o       Again if this deadline is not met the slip is available for rental to the public.

·        Land and Launch remaining balance is due in full

·        All summer 2012 storage fees are due in full

September 1^st, 2011

·        Start scheduling haul out for winter storage (all boats must be out by October 31^st, 2011)

November 1^st, 2011

·        $250.00 slip deposit is due for 2012 season

o       This holds your slip until March 31^st, 2011, when the remaining balance is due.  Any slip without a deposit in is re-rentable at this point.

·        $250.00 Land and Launch deposit for 2011 season is due
